Abrams & Schmidt LLC is not like a traditional law firm.  We never charge extra for copies, long-distance calls, mileage, faxes, or postage.

We have three different types of fees available depending on your legal needs:

(1) Annual Subscription Service for Employer clients: For an annual fee you will receive unlimited telephone, correspondence, and e-mail consultations with the lawyers of Abrams & Schmidt LLC.  Also included is an in-depth client meeting to assist us in understanding your labor relations needs and a comprehensive review and written summary of one labor agreement or employee handbook.

(2) Fixed Rate Legal Fees:  Fixed-rate legal fees are available on a project-by-project basis covering a broad range of legal and labor issues.  We work with our clients to determine their specific legal needs and the scope of the project, and will provide up-front fixed-rate legal fees for the work to be performed.

(3) Hourly Fees:  Available in certain types of cases or circumstances.

Regardless of which fee arrangement is selected, Abrams & Schmidt LLC will tailor our legal services to meet your unique legal needs.
